PARK QIGONG
Qigong is a form of Chinese movement that improves your physical and mental health. Qigong aims to strengthen and balance Qi. Through meditation, breathing exercises, simple movements and visualization you strengthen your body.
The exercises provide more stability and relaxation, better coordination and mobility, strong and flexible muscles and tendons and better health!
Practicing outside with fresh air gives you the opportunity to get in touch with nature and feel connected to the world around you. We practice in the most beautiful places in The Hague. We regularly encounter edible and medicinal plants.
